Mosses have inspired this set of questions for life; which we hope you will use to provoke a hopeful and creative response to the climate and ecological emergency.

We designed this book to be used on your own, as a teenager, young adult, older person, parent or grandparent. We have also found that working together and sharing ideas can add to your experience too.

Then for those who want an in depth experience this book is full of moss-inspired activities and prompts that help people bypass eco-anxiety and think about things in their lives that are relevant to responding to the climate and ecological emergency.
