It's not always easy to see our own lives clearly until we venture outside our comfort zone. Traveling to a new location, whether nearby or faraway, can offer new ways of living that may inspire personal growth and transformation.
Choose an experience that can teach you something new and lead you towards a more sustainable lifestyle. Devise a plan for traveling there with the lowest carbon emissions possible.

We've designed this book so that it can be used on your own, or as a group activity. It's full of moss-inspired activities and prompts that help people bypass eco-anxiety and think about things in their lives that are relevant to responding to the climate and ecological emergency. It's suitable for teenagers, young adults, older persons, parents or grandparents.
