Meet the Clean Streets project artist - Jade Kelly

Art and Energy have commissioned local artists to create an energy themed sticker to decorate an electric vehicle feeder pillar box in Plymouth City centre for our Clean Streets project.

We are delighted to welcome Jade Kelly to the project.

Jade is an editorial illustrator and recent graduate from Arts University Plymouth. She creates colourful and detailed illustrations that play with shape, nature inspired imagery and a fun imperfect style. Jade takes inspiration from the natural world and embraces themes of positive wellbeing, female empowerment and societal issues such as the climate crisis. Her work has a strong focus on editorial and lifestyle illustration however Jade also enjoys embracing community projects, using art for good in the everyday world.

Find out more about Jade and her work on her website https://www.jadeillustrates.co.uk/

Jade’s design can be seen below and will shortly be on display on Radford Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BY.
